Yesterday I had the pleasure of photographing a close family friend. This is the third photo I took. I think I could have just gone home after this shot!



But then I would have missed this...



and this...



And I just love this one. She was cold, and it was the end of the evening, but I think we captured just a little sass in this one.

We have had this fabulous Kaiya Eve pettiskirt for 2 or 3 months, and I have been longing to test it out. We only had about 30 minutes of daylight left, but we made the most of it!

Big sis also joined in the fun. After jewelry, jewelry and more jewelry, it is a nice reprieve to break out the camera for an impromptu session.

Scientists announced today a rare sub-type of PTSD, PTMMPD or

Post Traumatic My Mom's a Photographer Disorder.

It is characterized by bugging of the eyes, distortion of the smile, and

general facial contortions. Thankfully, this disorder appears transient in

nature; only appearing when a camera is pointed in the patients general

direction. At this point, no long term affects have been noted, but

scientists agree future studies will be needed.
