Sometimes (always) I am so busy that I just have to take time away from jewelry to do a little photography. Luckily last week I had a couple willing participants.

Seriously, look at these eyes!

Sometimes the participants are a little less enthusiastic, but I'll take what I can get. This was shot while sitting at my computer.

It was hard zeroing in on this little guy. I definitely need to work on my nature/macro photography.

A Girl After My Own Heart

These photos are from a senior session I did last month. I have known this beautiful young woman since she was 6 years old. She is not only beautiful outside, but inside as well. She is articulate, passionate and bold in her faith. She has gone to Uganda this month to work with rescued child soldiers. I know that God will do amazing things through her, as well as in her during this time. I am honored to know her.

I had the pleasure of photographing KB this weekend. It was my first senior session and I have to say it was a blast! She is sweet, funny and articulate. Not to mention a knock-out and extremely photogenic. Out of all my shots, 2, yes 2 were blinkies. I had a horrid time choosing proofs to share, but I chose my top favs.
